Product and Pricing Information

All product prices displayed on the online store include applicable taxes. Shipping fees, calculated based on the purchaser's location and chosen shipping method, are added at checkout. Detailed product information is provided next to each item.

 

Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired items to your cart, fill in the required fields, and select a shipping method. The total amount, including shipping, will be displayed.

Payments are processed in euros (€).

 

Order Confirmation

After completing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. A separate Shipping Confirmation will follow once the package has been dispatched. Should we be unable to fulfill your order due to unavailability or other reasons, you will be promptly notified, and a refund (including shipping fees) will be issued within 14 days.

 

Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping from Tallinn, Estonia. Orders within Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania are shipped via Omniva or Smartpost, while international deliveries are handled by DPD.

 

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the chosen method. Processing time is 1-3 days, after which orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery estimates are as follows:

- Estonia, Finland, Baltics: 2-7 business days

- International: 14-30 calendar days (up to 45 days in exceptional cases)

 

Taxes and Import Fees

New Life Studio is not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes that may apply once your order reaches the destination. These are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Purchasers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items have not been used in a way beyond what is necessary for inspection (as if in a physical store). The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

To initiate a return, email info@newlifestudio.com within the 14-day period. The purchaser bears the return shipping costs unless the item was received incorrectly or is defective. Returns must be made within 14 days of notification.

 

Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received, or proof of shipment is provided, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. If the buyer chose a more expensive shipping option than the cheapest available, the store is not obligated to refund the additional cost.

 

Defective Goods

We are responsible for defects present at delivery. Claims must be submitted within one month of noticing the defect. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

 

Data Privacy and Marketing

Customer data is used solely for processing orders and deliveries. Personal data is shared only with the shipping provider for the purpose of delivering the order. Marketing emails are sent only with the customer's consent and can be opted out of at any time.
